Versa 4 is the most unreliable piece of crap

Versa 4 simply does not sync with the app and constantly randomly reduces already burnt calories which makes this totally useless and unreliable piece of plastic. I tried to contact customer service, they said that I would need to send this faulty product back to them for a replacement. However no labels, no address, no further information on how to do that was provided and they simply just closed my enquiry!! This is so frustrating, disappointing and simply unacceptable treatment. This completely destroyed my trust in this brand and their products. Just steer clear, there are plenty of better alternatives out there!

I commiserate with you.  Since the wacky update my Versa 4 has been throwing out all sorts of weird stats.  I get the same walk recorded twice but with different heart rates.  Twice when I have been on a car journey it tells me that I have been on a 30 minute walk.  I haven’t reported it yet as I keep thinking it may settle down or wish upon wish that we go back to the old format.

I was hoping this will settle down, but it has been over three months now and the problem only gets worse, not better! I think its now time to move on to something more reliable. FitBit has gone downhill.

I agree! My bike calculates 12 miles and the watch is 10. The versa 3 used to show a map of the ride this one doesn’t. All other things on it are not reliable! I can be sweating and have a high heart rate and it will be at my resting heart rate! 
what’s the best and most accurate watch out there? This is junk!
