My fitbit Versa 4 is less than a week old and I am starting to regret upgrading and not moving to a new fitness tracker all together. The past two days my fitbit has not been calculating calories for any exercise I am doing. It is just giving me a reading for normal calories burned. I took a 40 minute walk this morning and it says I burned 36 calories. I promise you I am not a turtle so that seems ridiculous.
Super frustrating when you upgrade a device and it works worse than the older device you were using before. Maybe it's time to move on from fitbit.
How do I get correct calories burned when everything else is being tracked, weight and height is correct and I have rebooted 4 times now with no resolution?

Check if you are getting heart rate reading. If not getting heart rate, won't know to give extra calories during exercise.
