My calories are 900 less than are always recorded.  I'm doing the same daily activities and going over my step goal. I tried resetting, checked my information on my profile, and mage sure my heart rate recorded throughout the day. Now what?

I’ve been having the same issue for almost 2 months. My calories will also change throughout the day. 15 mins ago I was at 2400 and now it says 1200. 
I have put in multiple messages and have basically been told that the higher level techs are working on it. No answers. No resolution. 
and my fit bit is less than 6 months old
