Versa 4 is tracking my heart rate too high when I'm not wearing it

Just noticed a massive spike in HR (170) on my Fitbit and I'm nearly sure I wasn't wearing my fitbit at the time? How could this happen? The flatness of the trend makes me think im right and I wasn't wearing it and it's an anomaly...is this likely?

Hello @Loz4550 and welcome to the Community.  You need to make sure that the watchband isn't overlapping and the LEDs turn off.  Otherwise, you get this spurious data.
