Versa 4 is tracking my heart rate too high

i bought the Fitbit Versa 4 and the pulse is waaaay to high. while i am typing this my pulse is 111, when i lay down and watch tv it is 90. my resting heart rate usually is in the 60s. I read in the internet that this is quite a comon problem but i couldnt find any furhter solutions to it other than basic copy paste messages from staff members.... 
Has anyone an idea?
