What is going on?  My hr has never been anywhere near that high.  Why doesn't it show on the app???

Hi there, @Dbarr034. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the images attached. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is tracking your heart rate too high. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that several factors can affect your heart rate readings. For more information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Regarding the Fitbit app and your device showing different heart rate data, may I confirm if your Versa 4 is syncing properly with the Fitbit app? At the time you sent the two images, were both already synced? Is your Versa 4 up-to-date as well as the Fitbit app?

None of those were factors. My rhr is low 60s

The app shows my hr in the same time frame around the mid 70s.  With a vigorous workout my hr peaks in the high 140s- low 150s.  200 bpm is very high and to not have any physical symptoms I'm sure it's an inaccurate reading.  My question is if the tracker shows 200 why doesn't the app?
