My Versa 4 is tracking my heart rate way too low. During weight training, I was above 100 the whole time and it was measuring in the sixties. Or sometimes it will be low during an exercise and then jump up to the correct number in the middle. As a result calories are incorrect. Or the caloric count will be inaccurate for the average heart rate. Average heart rate of 106 for an 80 minute bike ride came up as 235 total calories. It should be close to 400. Chatted and then called customer service and both were unhelpful and then I was disconnected.

Please note that several factors can affect resting heart rate: stress, alcohol or caffeine intake, or fever usually raise resting heart rate, while regular exercise or meditation can lower it. I tried chatting with Princess. After 15 minutes, she still couldn’t figure out how to verify my identity, and then disconnected the chat. So, I called customer service. After 22 minutes of verifying and explaining, he was in the process of checking the statistics I told him about. Then he disconnected me and did not call back. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Fitbit support team.
