How accurate are the calories burned? I find it impossible for me to have burned 369 calories less than 5 mins and all I did walk down 16 stairs and to my car .

Hi there, @AndreaStap. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the accuracy of your calories burned, I understand where your concern is coming from. We'll be glad to help you with this inquiry.
As a first approach, please into consideration what @Guy_ and @Talahthas have shared with you. If you have seen only 369 calories burned tracked on your Versa 4 from the moment you woke up to the time you walked to your car, this is your BMR (from midnight to that time).
However, if you noticed that your Versa 4 jumped from X amount of calories to 369 calories burned more during the period of 5 minutes exactly, I recommend checking your personal data to see if anything was changed accidental. Check your personal information to see if your weight and height are properly set, it may worth the try. To update your profile, see How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned.
Your BMR is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @AndreaStap - calories are burnt all the time even when sleeping so it tries to estimate during that time how many calories were burnt using your metrics or by default for that time.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @AndreaStap!
As @Guy_ has mentioned, your body is burning calories all the time. So those 369 calories are the result of your energy metabolism since last midnight, not those of the past 5 minutes.
You can find more about that under 'How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?' following the link below:
