Hi, my Versa 4 is improperly counting floors. For example, it states I climbed 28 floors where I actually haven't climbed any. In fact, it seemed to count a floor just by walking. It has been doing this since last week. I have tried resetting the watch. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the Fitbit app on my phone. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.

Hi there, @Kevin02. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still tracking too many floors. I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that your Fitbit device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Said that, here are some of the possible causes for this inaccuracy:

Hi, I can confirm I have not taken been driving, on an elevator, or an escalator in the last couple of days. In fact, it seems to count a floor simply by just walking inside, not from a gust of wind or opening a door.
