My Versa 4 has been over counting my floors since February 2024. When I first contacted customer service, I was told to download an update that would fix the problem. I did that but the problem has persisted. In my latest chat with customer service, I was told they are still working on a solution and would not replace my Versa under warranty. It has been 7 months. I am extremely dissatisfied.
