What is going on?! 2 days ago my fitbit said I did 141 floors. It has been counting them like wild. Fitbit chat agent told me this is an issue they are trying to resolve but nowhere do I see an update letting us know about this issue.

My best advice for you is to get back with our Support Team to get more information about the update of this issue. Note that for this kind of inquiries, there's not so much we here in the forums can do.

Thanks. I have contacted them a third time and I am now waiting for an email from someone. Really hope this gets resolved because it's super inaccurate in tracking my health and fitness when it thinks I'm doing 141 floors in one day!!
