Fitbit unresponsive. Only 10 months old. How do I get a replacement please? I have tried everything. Uninstall/reinstall app. Factory reset. Update software etc etc. Is it under warranty until 12 months? Very disappointing.

Hi @FionaFiona if purchased from an authorized retailer, you have a one year (USA) or 2 year warranty in some European countries. You first need to work with this form - click to go there - and specify what the problem is and it will guide you to troubleshooting tips and ultimately to customer support.
