I've had my Fitbit Versa 4 for about 10 months now. The battery died last night and I left my charger at work, so this morning when I got into work I put it on the charger. It's been about 2 hours now, so I just checked to see how much it's charged, but it is still completely unresponsive.
The screen is black, when I took it off the charger there was no lights on the back of it, I've held the button and nothing, so I put it back on the charger. Maybe it was just sitting on there wrong. I put it back on the charger for another half hour and noticed that the Fitbit pulsing the entire time it was on the charger, but is still completely unresponsive when touched or the button is pressed. Since then I've tried plugging it back in at a new outlet and still have the same thing going on.
This has never happened before and I couldn't find any other forums with this problem. I've tried holding the button 15 seconds, I pressing the button 3 times for a second each within an 8 second span, etc.
Any and all help and advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 4 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
