Today I was 6.5 hrs in fat burn exercise however in active zones only recorded 13 fat burn zone minutes?? Why the mismatch?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

You would have to tell where exactly you those two numbers came from: "6.5 hours in fat burn exercise" and "13 fat burn zone minutes" or better yet, also screen shots.
I suspect they are talking about different things but can't tell without knowing exactly where you read those numbers.

Thanks for screen caps but can't find bottom one on my my phone, though it looks a bit familiar. How did you get to it?

@JohnnyRow If you swipe left on the first image of the zone minutes in the circle, it will take you to your zone minutes graph.

@Helsbells66 If you tap the little arrows in the upper right hand corner, how many minutes does it say you were in fat burn? I just want to check if your graph is matching the zone minutes it's giving you, because you should earn 1 AZM for each minute spent in fat burn and 2 AZM for each minute spent in cardio and peak zones. So my total for the day is 132 AZM.

@Helsbells66 It does look like you spent a lot more time in fat burn than your AZM gave you credit for. Has this continued to happen or is this the first time you've noticed it?

Hi, thanks. It’s happening consistently this was yesterday. On my home dash is says no active zones achieved. However on photo I achieved 13, but was still well below the four hours in fat burn.

Is one of these from the fitbit.com dashboard?
That chart with the Golf Club message at the top, talks about 50-69 % max heart rate. That's the old heart rate zone for Active Minutes, not (Active) Zone Minutes. The fitbit.com dashboard still uses the old heart rate zones and the older definition of active minutes; whereas the phone app uses the newer Zone Minutes and a newer calculation of heart rate zones. That's why I was trying to find out exactly where your numbers came from.

hi these were all on my Fitbit app last Thursday
I am now also not getting proper recordings reflected on same screen ie 18 & 19 mins sat /sun but nothing on bar chart. And those recorded zones were for each another 4hrs plus of fat burn. I’ve rebooted the app. Not sure what else to try. Thanks

@Helsbells66 I would do two things since this seems to be a persistent problem for you.
I think doing these things should fix it going forward.
