I just got a new Versa 4 and I am very disappointed. The heart rate tracking is completely off when exercising.
I will be on the treadmill and my Fitbit will read 80 to 90 bpm. And I’m not even running, just walking uphill. When I check my heart rate using the treadmill, it reads ~170 bpm. When I count my heart rate by myself, I get 170 to 180. And then I’ll give off the treadmill and the Fitbit will read 120 to 140 bpm. I tried tightening, loosening it, turning it over to the underside of my wrist, moving it up and down on my wrist - nothing helps. Very disappointing….

I’m having exactly this problem too, everything they’ve told me to do diesnt work. I had a HIIT. Class where I know I felt like I was going to die, and Fitbit never even hit fat burn zone once! Old Fitbit would’ve been in peak for sure. Did you get it resolved? I’m thinking of returning it
