Versa 4 issues

Desperate for help after getting nowhere with the customer support team. I have a new Versa 4, premium account.  

  • No readiness score despite wearing my device constantly. 
  • When a walk / run is detected and the exercise tracking starts, the device shows my activity duration and my step duration BUT the kms, average pace and currect pace all stay at zero 0. I could do 5,000 steps in 30 mins and my average pace will still say 0. This has just started happening.
  • I restarted the device per the support team recommendation and it didn't fix a thing.
