Versa 4 keep shutting down when I exercise

I have only had my Fitbit for 3 months and my partner has the same one and has no problems. Very time I start an exercise or just randomly my Fitbit will shut down then start again. I have tried doing a hard rest multiple times and it still does it regularly. It is really annoying other wise I love the device.
