Versa 4 keeps asking me to re set up device, blank screen after full charge

Hi. I've had my Fitbit Versa 4 for 2 years now. Recently in July one day it just suddenly stopped working. It keeps powering off and every time I reboot it, it asks me to set up my watch again. When i click "English" on my watch it doesn't let me set up the device. It prompts me to go to the Fitbit app and set it up but I am unable to. The few times I was able to set up the watch and link it to the app, it shuts down almost instantly even with full charge and when I power the watch back on the same process repeats itself. I have been trying to troubleshoot for a month already. I have tried almost every method there is. It's so surprising because it just stopped working all of a sudden. I even did the recent update and everything. Recently even while on charge, the watch isn't turning on. I can feel the vibrations when I hold the power button but nothing appears on the screen no matter how long I hold down the power button. I am leaving the country soon for studies and I really need my watch to work. Someone please help me.

I’m having the exact same issue and would like to know how this can be fixed it’s really annoying

I called and I needed to update my watch. After this, I was able to add my
watch back as new and it works great now.
