I recently bought a Versa 4 and received the Premium Fitbit plan. I tried using the meditation sleep app using headphones to go to sleep but it turns off after only a few minutes. I do have do not disturb turned on my android phone.
Any ideas on fixing this?

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 4 by following these steps.
Then, please try the Mindfulness feature once again and see if the issue persist. If it does, may I know if you're also experiencing this crash with any other app? Like the exercise app, etc.
