Versa 4 keeps disconnected all the time

It's actually quite usual for this to happen; the device connects via Bluetooth, and the connection can sometimes be lost. Here are some tips I can suggest to help avoid these types of issues:

  • Keep both devices always within the required 30-foot range.
  • If you have iOS, make sure the Background App Refresh option is set to Always or On.
  • Keep the Fitbit app up to date.
  • Make sure your phone is not in Airplane mode.
