Why does my versa 4 keep disconnecting from my phone and then refusing to reconnect again. I mean seriously it is god awful and so complicated to try and even fix. It is a joke. For the money it is a very poor device.

Hi @Swiftlozza - this is a problem with the new Fitbit app which isn't working properly.

Quite why it was released with this issue is a mystery.
