my versa 4 keeps receiving a message to pay press side button etc i have not set up anything for this to happen nor do i want to . how do i get rid of this

Please, before considering other options, try to perform a restart as suggested in this article

In addition, I'd suggest you change the clock face since it was helpful for other users.

This happens to me constantly and I actually took my Fitbit off bc I was getting so annoyed. It sometimes happens every ten minutes. Searched for a way to stop this (as u can see I found this post). I’m at the point where I might just try a factory reset and lose my info.

I tried the factory reset and even Uninstalled the fitbit app on my phone. Nothing worked. So annoyed! Also called for support and was told to delete device and start the connection again. Which I dis. Nothing! Same problem.
