With this new fitbit (versa 4) every time I run, s im running, I look at the fitbit and at least once during the run and see "do you want to continue" so I press yes. Why does it do this and how can I stop it? Im not a fast runner, but the previous two fitbits never did this.

Hi @Marymiranda - you can try turning off auto pause in the exercise options, select the exercise, scroll the watch face up before starting. It is also possible if you are using GPS and it drops out that you get this message rather than just stopping. In that case it should vibrate once but as that is very weak you may not feel it.
Your post is moved to the Versa 4 forum for your watch.

As @Guy_ has mentioned, it seems like you have auto pause during your walks. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
