Versa 4 keeps showing "Device Pairing" message

I found a thread that shows you how to disable notifications to stop it. But then you cannot receive text notifications which I ABSOLUTELY need.

Please help!

Hi there, @jonathan92591. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you keep getting that message. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you!

It seems like you're having syncing difficulties. With that being said, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.

Did you ever find a solution to this? The device pairing notification is SO annoying, but like you, I still want to receive text notifications. Thanks!

I am also having this same issue. I saw a "fix" from I think 2022 that isn't even a menu option any more. Every time I open my messages app or google messages on the web I get the notification, so 100's of times a day... I need a fix.
