My Versa 4 keeps shutting off on me even after it's been on the charger. It will work on the charger. Please help

Thank you for providing the details regarding the issue that you are experiencing with Versa 4. 

Please try to follow the steps listed in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

In the meantime, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
