Versa 4 keeps turning off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My watch will randomly turn off once or twice a week. I tried changing face tiles. It will reboot once I hold the left facing side button, however some times it happens at night so my alarm will not go off or I will miss steps during exercise.

Update:  I forgot to add that it has been happening since I bought the watch in November.

Hi there, @KatirWagner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.

While reading your post I was wondering if this is only happening while you sleep? Please note, you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. Try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

No, it turns off both day and night automatically and I won’t even realize it’s turned off for awhile. It is not related to me pushing the button by mistake I can assure u. It’s happened ever since I got the watch and I think something is wrong with it!

@MarreFitbit I have the same problem with mine as well. I bought it on May 4 and it did twice already. Right now it's been off since yesterday, I even packed it away while figuring what to do as I bought in a different country than where I stay. I actually want to return it but if the issue can be sorted, I'll be happy.
