Hello

I don't have an alarm set and it still wakes me up vibrating at 730 AM every day of the week.

Hi Gay,
Thank you for your answer, but I checked both and I can not find it anywhere

@Lucy55 - You can also try making all the alarms possible (8) for times in the day and then remove them. If you can't make them all there may be a blocked one.

If you are able to uninstall the alarms app and reinstall it, it may avoid a factory reset.

Hi there, @Lucy55. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand how bothering this can be.

As a first approach, I'd like to know if every time your Versa 4 vibrates, does it display this message "Look Alive"? If so, it seems like you have Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?

However, I also agree with @Guy_ regarding having Alexa alarms enabled. Know that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Have you tried the last tip suggested by Guy_?

If none of the above helps or describes your issue, please try restarting your Versa 4 and see how it behaves the next morning at 7:30 AM.

Keep us posted!
