Versa 4 locked in sleep and do not disturb modes

After updating the firmware my Versa4 is stuck in  sleep and do not disturb modes. I've tried reboot with no success. Thanks for any suggestions you could offer

Hi @Mred002 - if you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick settings and can't turn off all the icons, try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears. Once started try again.

@Mred002 - You may need to factory reset. You are not the only having issues after a firmware update which might have not gone well.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support

Turns out a full factory reset solves the problem

I have the same problem. A factory reset fixed this. However it then happened again. It is not feasible to have to do a factory reset every single day in order to turn off sleep mode, because then I have to reinstall face, my settings, etc etc

Hi @smarslang - normally you pull down on the watch and turn off all the icons. A watch restart won't alter those settings.
