Versa 4 logo pulsing won't turn on big red x after flashing logo

Please can somebody help, my versa 4 will not turn on. Its brand new it worked then the battery died and its not been back on since screen lights up with logo blue and black then black and blue a few times ends with a big red x then a pulsing fitbit sign comes up randomly. When charging and when not

Hi @Moodymum420 - try holding the button for at least 10 seconds and wait. It may restart it correctly.

You also have the option of a refund or replacement under warranty where you bought it.

There are more options like a factory reset but if it is already problematic a refund might be the best option.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support if you want to do the factory reset.
