Hi. My Versa 4 loses the clock face frequently. If I turn it off and my iPhone 14 Plus off it fixes the problem for about 6 hours until it happens again. In addition when I set my Versa 4 to respond to button and motion it loses it very quickly to either remain on or respond to button only. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Regards. ----------

A warm welcome to the community @CookieTC.
Thank you for taking the time to share with me the information about this difficulty with your Versa 4.
Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app and the latest version of the device firmware: How to update your Fitbit device.
If the issue is still happening, try to set it up as a new device: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @CookieTC - in addition it is not clear what you mean by losing clock face but it is possible it is actually a clock face issue and changing clock face may fix it.
In addition if you accidentally engage no wrist wake mode the display will remain blank, unless you push the button or double tap it, so this is another thing to verify.
Pulling down on the clock face to get to Quick Settings when the display is on and turning off all icons is a good state to try to get normal operations again. Sync manually after making any changes there to make sure it's current settings are registered in the Fitbit app correctly.

Hi Guy. Many thanks for your help and advice in this matter. I was losing my clock and the Fitbit just showed steps taken. I changed the clock face as you advised and it seems to have fixed the clock issue but now the heart rate is not working and not showing on the watch. I have turned the Fitbit and Apple 14 plus off and then back on to no avail.
Regards.
Tommy
