Versa 4 losing steps

Three times today my Versa 4 has told me I reached 10,000 steps and all three times it has then dropped back under 10,000.

I'm sorry to know that your device is having difficulties with steps recorded.

Before considering other options, please try to restart the device as described in this article. Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
