My Versa 4 start up screen (day, date, and time) has no color anymore. Please advise.

Hi there, @CDLK. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
Please restart your Versa 4 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@CDLK it sounds like you activated Always-On Display which often shows clockface in greyscale (to save power). Swipe down and make sure AoD icon (the one looking like "a 5 o'clock") is disabled.
