Versa 4 miles does not match with the app on Samsung phone.

Hello, My new versa 4 data on tracking miles does not match the fitbit app on my Samsung phone. Other data, ex. sleep and steps do match. Any suggestions on why this is happening? Thank you in advance for help!

I'm sorry to see the difficulty that you are experiencing with your Versa 4. Thanks for bring this issue to my attention, I'd recommend doing these steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Versa 4 following the steps listed here
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Log back into your Fitbit App.
