Versa 4 - my experience. Data not synced correctly

Every day multiple times a day my Versa 4 either doesn’t update my data correctly. Example incorrect data shows after syncing. So if I have burned 1,000 calories on my Versa 4 after syncing shows 400. This is only one thing ! All of the data every day shows one thing and another after syncing. Always lower than actual. I have spoken with Fitbit “customer support “ but it goes nowhere. Very frustrating. I’ve been using every iteration of Fitbit since the start. All great. Except this version is the most expensive and is the worst product! Really upsetting. Dependable to trash.

Mine has just shat itself and stopped working all together. Went for a swim was working fine got out the pool and the screen is white ? Seems like this product is flawed. My watch is 11 months old

Hi @Fit1jo - the issue you are experiencing is in the Fitbit App, sometimes is loses connection but in your case it seems you have your phone connected to your account.

Go to the Device page (Connected to) and remove the phone as a tracker on your account , leaving only your Versa 4 as connected. Sync the watch again and it should then be matching properly.
