Today my versa 4 lost the background picture.

Hi @Juansantiago - there can be two reasons for this, a clock face fault or a settingd change.

First try pulling down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

If this isn't solving the problem try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
