My Versa 4 fitbit displays a static heart rate of 104, no longer tracks my actual heart rate or my sleep.  This started 2 days ago.  I deleted the app and reloaded it.  I signed out of my account and signed back in, nothing works.  I tried to adjust my settings but there is no setting for heart rate monitoring in the Versa 4, heart rate tracking is always on.  Can someone help?

@Johanne0000 A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Do the green LEDs blink on the Versa 4?
After syncing do you see the heart rate measurements on the Fitbit app?

In the meantime, please charge the Versa 4 for at least 30 minutes. 
Remove it from the charging cable. 
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
The Versa 4 should restart then.
