Hi,

my versa 4 is not starting without putting on charge. As per your suggestion, am also not able to log into zfitbit app via my google account. Am completely stuck.. need help

Please make sure to follow the steps listed in this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

In addition, can you provide a few more details or a screenshot about the difficulty that you are having in order to log into the Fitbit app.
