Versa 4 not charging

My Versa will die or get low (11%) and I will put on the charger. I will either not charge at all or get as far as 13% in the charger.  I can leave for days with no change...  I have done all the steps suggested many many times and no change.   I have tested another charger (fitbit brand) and same issue.

I have even taken off the band to make sure the watch was securely in the charger.  I thought it was the battery but it will surprise me charge to 100% and hold the charge ...then we do the same dance all over again!  

Has anyone had this issue? How do I fix this?

How do you charge the Versa 4? Do you use a PC USB port or a wall adapter?

If you are using a wall adapter, please make sure, that it's a low energy one, and not a quick charge.
How does the Versa 4 behave when plugged to a pc/laptop?
I assume that you meant these steps, that you already tried, right?Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
