My Versa 4 is not charging and now I cannot turn it on, or reset or anything. I have tried different cables, different USB ports and charging points. Have cleaned both watch and charger.

Mine has done the same, just out of warranty given up on fitbit now not buying another have had for years but seems like after using for about a year they go wrong sometimes if in warranty you get a replacement.
