Since the most recent update, my Versa 4 is no longer showing the GPS map, heartrate, calories, lap times, etc., for my workouts. The only information now being displayed is duration and zone minutes (but without any breakdown of the zones). Previously logged workouts dating back for at least a month or two (where I know details were definitely included) are missing this data as well - I click into the workout, the map and data appear for a second, then vanish. All my previous workouts have been reduced to showing only duration and zone minutes, and the couple that still display the calorie count show the value as 0.
I have restarted my phone and watch multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, and no change. My partner has a Sense watch, and is experiencing the same loss of old data and lack of detail in new workouts. I assume/hope this data is still stored in the cloud. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

They know there is a problem, up to them to release an update to fix... many unhappy people, some unaware of the fault

Has the update fixed this for you? I called and they told me it would be fixed by 9/12. I got the update today and it's still not fixed on mine...
