I have noticed that my hourly activity is not being tracked occasionally. I have an active job and a keen sport player and runner and I’m confused to why the app doesn’t always log that I’ve hit all my hour activity goals in a day. After syncing the Fitbit says on my watch 12/12 step goals, but on the app it says I’ve only done 8/12 with a big middle gap. Also sometimes says my longest stationary period in a day was 8 hours long, even when I’ve been out for a run inbetween the top times. How do I fix these issues as I’ve tried all the reset and syncing options? I have turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on; reset my Versa; reset my phone; logged out and back into the app and I can’t seem to fix it.
