Versa 4 not pairing on new phone

Hi, 

My wife has just got a new Samsung s24 and is trying to set up her versa 4 with the fitbit app but nothing is working. We have tried turning phone and versa 4 off and on again. Tried every which way possible but her versa 4 is still not being connected to the app as the Bluetooth is not finding it. Any other suggestions will be great.

I just got that same phone! Came here trying to fix the same problem, still no luck.
