I have just purchased the new Versa 4 and it is not receiving notifications from my iPhone 12 Ver 15.7.1
I have tried factory reset on the versa and forgetting the device on blue tooth, plus removing the fit bit app on my phone and also setting up a whole new fit bit account ... nothing works - can you please help

Hi there, @Annie1377. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out.
While reading your post I was wondering if you have another Fitbit device linked to your Fitbit account? Note that you can't connect multiple devices that use the Fitbit Gallery to one account. For Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Inspire series, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series, only connect one of these devices to your account at a time.
If the above describes your issue, I'd recommend unpairing your previous Fitbit device's to your phone's Bluetooth settings. Also, please see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

Probably has something to do with the device CONSTANTKY losing connection to Bluetooth and your phone/device. Ive had mine a couple weeks and im ready to send it back to Fitbit cause I have to constantly shut it down to get it to connect to Bluetooth again.

Hi ... I have tried ALL the help options for pairing, resetting, restarting etc troubleshooting etc. NOTHING works so I am going to send this Versa 4 back. I am so disappointed because I love the Fitbit but it is not good to me if it won't show notifications from my phone
