Versa 4 not receiving notifications from my Samsung S22

Notifications have been working since January 2023. Now (for a week) nothing. No calls either. Delete app, reload app, bluetooth off, bluetooth on, nothing. I have not switched to the google sign in. So frustrating. If I wanted a regular watch, I would gave bought one. It is tracking steps and sleep just fine. Anyone have any advice besides throw it in a lake?

Make sure you are not in DND (do not disturb) or Sleep Mode, which turns on DND.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, I am not in DND or Sleep Mode or Airplane mode (but I may have
just put those on and then switched off to see if that would help). When I
connect my bluetooth to Versa 4 calls is says it could not connect.

Hi @Kbarrett75 - if your watch can't connect you won't get notifications.

Try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Also try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window then restart the phone.
