Versa 4 not showing maps when walking

So for weeks my apo has shown a map when I set the exercise off manually on the fitbit app but for over 2 weeks now it hasn't. It won't show me a map when I use the app or my watch directly. I have GPS turned on and all setting are as they should be. I've spoke to someone in chat who said I needed to turn auto tracking off so I've done that and still nothing. Very frustrating as it worked fine a a couple of weeks ago. Anyone else had experience with this?

I am having the same pr ..its really frustrating... i have just gone out on a 10 mile walk ..i set my fitbit app going to track my walk but got no map ..i also set my map my walk spp going at the same time and i have got a map of my route off of that one ..it must be the fitbit spp that is at fault .????
