Hi,

Just bought myself a pixel 8 Pro so I thought I'd buy a fitbit versa 4 to go with it after years of Samsung devices.

 

I followed instructions but I still can't get texts or emails to show but the watch is connected as my steps are registering in Fitbit.

I'm so upset, wished I'd spent my money on a Samsung now!

Please help.

@Madlittleme , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Please make sure that the Fitbit App is allowed to run on the background. 
For better results also verify that you are not using any battery saving setting on your phone.
