Versa 4 won't sync with my Android phone

My versa 4 has stopped synching to my Android phone, this happens at least once a week when it won't sync forgot apparent reason and then it returns to syncing a few days later, very weird....is it too with not switching to Google?

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

Regarding your inquiry about switching to Google, what do you mean exactly? Are you trying to move your Fitbit account to a Google account? If so, please see How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account?

Hi MarreFitbit and thank you for your response.

I have had my fitbit connected to this phone since 2021, it has only began acting strangely re synching over the last few months, I have had to uninstall the fitbit app at least 3 times and reconnect with the fitbit watch via 4 digit code to get it to sync. Sometimes it fixes itself after a few days without me doing anything to it, however in the meantime it just doesnt sync.

Regarding the 'switching to google', I did receive a notification to move my fitbit account to google which I do not want to do., It seems to me that receiving this message coincided with the synching problem, although it may just be a co-incidence--I am not a big believer in coincidences! 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
