Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that ever since the upgrade, your watch will not sync with the app. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
May I suggest you to read and follow the steps shown here? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
