Versa 4 not tracking active hours and not tracking calories properly

Hello Fitbit Community.

I recently got a Versa 4 for Christmas and it was working fine up until a couple of days ago. 

it seems my watch gets stuck and won’t track past me burning 1700 calories or so. It also does not track my active hours during the day, saying I haven’t moved at all when I am very active from 6am to pm. 

I managed to fix it yesterday by restarting my watch, turning Bluetooth on and off and so on, but I will go insane if I have to do this every day lol. Help?

Hi, I just noticed my active minutes differ from android phone, to when I log in on a desk top. Thanks for adding your fix above and I'll do the same. Just frustrating to have to triple check the data. Almost as frustrating as logging food, only to realize the info in the data base I WRONG, and needs to be updated. Fingers crossed, I can get the Active minutes to sync (phone/website).
