Versa 4 not tracking active zone minutes

Hi,

My Versa 4 appears to have stopped tracking my active zone minutes. Yesterday I walked just over 16,000 steps yet I apparently only did 3 zone minutes. I can’t work out why this is happening. Can anyone advise please? I’ve logged out of the app and restarted my iPhone and synced the app but having so far done over 4,000 steps so far today, I have 0 zone minutes showing.
thanks

Need to reach certain heart rate to get any Zone Minutes.  Tap Zone Minutes circle on phone app to see heart rate ranges for various zones. If don't reach start of Fat Burn Zone, won't get any Zone Minutes.  It is very possible to get big step numbers without getting zone minutes.

Thank you, seems obvious now! I’ve been walking a lot but yeah, not going into fat burn zone, I have now so now I know, thanks again 😁

It's going to be a good challenge to get some active zone minutes woking out. I know you will do it good.

And of course there is still health benefit to walking at any intensity, but even more benefit when the intensity occasionally gets heart rate into zones to get Active Zone Minutes.
